- Orders can be placed online and must be paid in full before dispatch.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, and other secure online payment gateways.

5. Delivery Policy
- We deliver nationwide in South Africa.
- Delivery times are estimates only and depend on location and courier availability.
- We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.
6. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. You can return it to our store as well.
- Certain items (e.g. software, opened consumables, or custom orders) are non-returnable.
- Printers & Routers are subject to a different return policy. These must be returned to the supplier for troubleshooting and analysis before the return can be processed
7. Warranty & Repairs
- Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (typically 12 months).
- Warranty claims must be submitted with a valid proof of purchase.
- Damage caused by misuse, power surges, or accidental damage is not covered.
- All items returned must be checked by our technicians and must be returned to the supplier to get it replaced if there is no sign of misuse, power surge or accidental damage.

We will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our website or products purchased.
